I’m a strong believer (and have had first-hand experience) in just how much better you feel when you improve your fitness.

As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, my goal is to listen to your needs and take you beyond your own expectations for your fitness goals.

My own fitness journey has been driven by three key moments: hitting my 40s and thinking @$%, seeing several people close to me battle cancer, and working with an incredible PT who brought motivation and variety to my training, showing me how much of a difference bespoke sessions can make.

Throughout my life, I’ve trained in lots of different systems, including CrossFit, Pilates, running, yoga, Strength and Conditioning… even a swimming phase! I bring these disciplines together to keep our sessions varied, challenging, and tailored to your goals.

We can take a structured approach with regular fitness testing and measurable progress - or simply focus on a solid weekly workout with plenty of variety and challenge. It’s really up to you!
