I design a weekly workout plan tailored to your individual needs and abilities. Each session provides balanced, full-body training that covers all aspects of fitness across the month - and beyond!

Strength & Conditioning Class

Small group personal training is a great way to improve your fitness in a focused, supportive setting.

With a MAX of 4 people per session, these classes combine strength, conditioning, and mobility work to support overall health and fitness.

You'll benefit from expert guidance, structured programming, and the motivation that comes from training alongside others - all without the price tag. It really is the next best thing to 1-2-1 coaching.

Every Tues, 18:00 for 45mins @ Norse Fitness & Rehab, Berden

If you want to feel better, stronger, build endurance, and still lift your grandkids when you’re in your 80s - you’re in the right place. It’s never too late (or too early) to start!

My Mantra: ‘Use it or lose it!'

The traditional approach to exercise is structured like a pyramid: you focus on one or two elements of fitness at a time, working through them in 6-12 week phases. The problem? By the time you reach the top of the pyramid, you’ve often lost the endurance or muscle gains you built at the start. Miss a phase - or take a couple of weeks off - and your whole program loses balance.

That just doesn’t reflect real-life, real life isn’t lived in phases, it’s lived all at once, and so is movement. It’s not a pyramid to climb; it’s a circle, always expanding outward, with each element - strength, endurance, mobility, power - growing together. Unless you’re a professional athlete, this is by far the most effective way to train.

My approach hones every facet of physical health, building mobile strength through a full range of motion, grounded in a resilient cardiovascular system. Longevity isn’t about quick wins; it’s about consistent progress, and doing what you can when you can - this is the path to long-term stability.
